AustraliaSmall ankles only :-(
Just a warning for those with non-tiny ankles, unfortunately the strap for the ankles is very small. I have normal sized ankles (aka not super thin or tiny) and I couldn't even get it to the first hole. I had a friend try them on who has small ankles and they were only able to get it to the first hole. So devo! I tried to contact to see if Hella heels sold matching extenders but no luck.
