The shoes are beaut, but the strap that connects the sole of the shoe up to the ankle (like the bit that comes up the inside/outside of your foot) is way too long, so your foot moves around a lot in them. Like I wouldn’t feel comfortable/secure dancing in them, because my foot lifts of the sole… almost an inch maybe? I’ve kept them as a shoot pair, and I might take them to a cobblers and see if they can shorten the strap so I can wear them to dance. So they’re pretty, but not very practical to actually wear.

I have over 5 pairs of hella heels 8 inch dancing boots, and wanted to try the sandals. Unfortunately, the way the toe box is designed, my toes barely fit into the shoe. My heel hangs off the back. Pleasers have a bigger area for your toes to comfortably move and help you balance. I can’t even get my foot fully in the shoe because it’s way too small and tight. I prefer hella heels for their quality, but the sandals were a disappointment. If you’re going to purchase, definitely size up. I wear a 10 in pleasers and hella heels boots very comfortably, but I also had to size up when I got the hella heels thigh highs because they design the toe box way too small to be comfortable. I will not be exchanging the heels either because the PVC is very stiff and I don’t see myself pole dancing comfortably in these. But they are beautiful looking shoes.
